Online Binge Eating Disorder Support Group

6 weeks

Do you binge on food and don’t know how to stop? Have you been dieting unsuccessfully and want to take back control of your eating?

I’m Shelley and I’ve been helping those who struggle with binge eating for over 30 years. I’ve supported hundreds of people in developing the skills and mindset for true healing. My support groups are safe spaces where people can express themselves freely while being respected for their individuality.

I’ve also been there myself, battling weight gain, uncontrollable binging and feelings of failure. Read my story here.

I hope you’ll join me for 6 group sessions via video (Zoom). By attending this support group, you can expect to:

  • Identify and manage your triggers: Learn to recognize the situations, emotions and physical sensations that lead to binge eating episodes.

  • Develop binge prevention techniques: Gain practical tools and mindfulness skills to navigate urges and prevent binge eating behaviour.

  • Cope with emotions without food: Discover healthy ways to manage emotions, instead of turning to food for comfort.

  • Reduce “food noise”: Learn strategies to minimize the internal mental chatter around food, a particularly helpful skill for individuals with ADHD. (Read more about the link between binge eating and ADHD here.)

  • Cultivate self-compassion and self-care: Develop a kinder relationship with yourself and learn to prioritize your emotional wellbeing.
